Türksat participates in CABSAT with the power of its 5th generation satellite

TURKSAT will participate in CABSAT 2021, the largest broadcasting fair in the Middle East, to be held in Dubai on October 26-28, with the power of its 5th generation satellite Türksat-5A. Türksat will also present its national and domestic satellite antenna family, PeycON, for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market.

Opening a new door to a market of 350 million people by expanding its coverage in the MENA region with the Türksat-5A satellite, Türksat plans to evaluate new business opportunities at the CABSAT 2021 fair with the broadcasters and data service providers in the countries of the region.

During the fair, Türksat’s national PeycON family antennas, namely HidrON, TerrON, MicrON and AerON antennas will be exhibited.

In addition, ultra HD 8K broadcast, one of the highest level broadcasting technologies, delivered via Türksat 5A, Turkey’s first and only 5th generation satellite, which is located in eastern orbit (31 degrees) and started service this year, will be shown at the Türksat stand.

Türksat will also hold meetings with Türksat-5B, which is planned to be sent to space at the end of this year, regarding its domestic products, as well as promoting its activities in the field of satellite communication. Within the scope of the program, Türksat plans to increase its effectiveness with its domestic and national products, especially in the MENA region.

At the CABSAT 2021 event, the space segment services powered by Türksat’s 5A-5B satellite will also be presented to industry representatives and visitors at the F3-30 booth in Hall 3.
