Azerbaijani army exercises with Bayraktar SİHAs

Azerbaijani army conducted exercises with Turkish-made Bayraktar SİHAs.

The images shared by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan included the removal of Bayraktar SİHAs from the hangar, bringing them to the runway, checking and refueling by the officials.

The SİHAs, which took off as part of the exercise, detected and destroyed simulated enemy targets.

Bayraktar TB 2 Tactical S / UAV System, developed and brought into use by Baykar, is an integrated network-based system architecture that offers all solutions to the user. The system consists of Bayraktar TB2 S / UAV Platform, Ground Control Station, Ground Data Terminal, Remote Display Terminal, Advanced Base and Generator and Trailer modules.

Thanks to Baykar’s technological capabilities and capabilities, the entire system is produced locally and nationally.

Bayraktar TB2 Tactical Armed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle is an unmanned aerial vehicle that is classified as medium altitude-long air stay (MALE) for reconnaissance and intelligence missions. With its triple redundant avionic systems and sensor fusion architecture, it has fully autonomous taxi, takeoff, landing and normal cruise capability.

Flying more than 400,000 hours, TB2 has been actively working within the Turkish Armed Forces, Gendarmerie and Police Department since 2014. Currently, 110 Bayraktar S / UAV Platforms serve Turkey in the inventory. Bayraktar TB2 broke the record for airborne time (27 Hours 3 Minutes) and altitude (27,30 feet) in Turkish aviation history. Bayraktar TB2 is also the first aircraft to be exported of this scale.
