36 THOUSAND PEOPLE HAVE REGISTERED

WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA REQUESTED OF CANDIDATES?

Within the scope of the project, two space traveler candidates will be determined. One of the candidates will be sent to the ISS to carry out Turkey’s first manned space mission.

Among the conditions sought in the Turkish space traveler; To be born after 23 May 1977, to have graduated from one of the faculties of engineering, science / basic sciences, education and medicine in the field of engineering, which provides at least 4 years of undergraduate education in higher education institutions, to have a very good command of English – understand, speak and write stands out.

TO WORK FOR 10 YEARS

In addition, the applicant must be between 149.5 and 190.5 centimeters tall and weigh between 43 and 110 kg. Applicants who pass the first stage will be asked for additional information, documents, verification, tests, examinations, and examinations in order to pass the next evaluations. Candidates to be called for an interview will be determined after the detailed testing process. Candidates will be employed within TUA or TUBITAK and will serve for 10 years.
