Turkey’s Automobile Enterprise Group (TOGG), SIRO Silk Road Clean Energy Solutions San. ve Tic. it founded A.Ş.

In the post made on TOGG’s official Twitter account, SIRO Silk Road Clean Energy Solutions San. ve Tic. It was stated that AŞ will contribute to the technological transformation of the mobility ecosystem in Turkey.

In the said post, “We have achieved another strategic development that will contribute to the technological transformation of the mobility ecosystem in our country and we have established SIRO Silk Road Clean Energy Solutions Industry and Trade Inc.” it was said.

SIRO’s destination

The main task of the company, which was founded by TOGG, will be to produce batteries for domestic cars. However, in addition to battery production, the company is expected to develop alternative technologies so that the cells it produces work efficiently and integrate with automobiles without any problems.

SIRO also plans to expand outside the automobile industry. The company, which will produce storage solutions according to needs, both in the country and in the international market; In this regard, it is expected to reduce foreign dependency and develop a clean and efficient energy system.

TEKNOFEST Aviation, Space and Technology Festival, 34 vehicles started in the International Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle Races organized by TUBITAK at the Körfez Racetrack, and 37 vehicles in the High School Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle Races. The International Efficiency Challenge Electric Vehicle Races are held in two categories: "electromobile" and "hydromobile". While this year, for the first time, vehicles with 2-seater and 4-wheel concepts were requested from the teams, the obligation to participate in the race by producing domestic parts was increased to 2 this year. In the races, each car is expected to complete 30 laps on a track of approximately 2 kilometers in a maximum of 65 minutes.
