“Try & Make Technologies Workshop” selection exam continues

Try & Make Technologies Workshop is designed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Industry and Technology, TÜBİTAK, in order to identify talented young people who can contribute to the development of the country, to provide the necessary support for their development, and to make young people more productive with training programs focused on teamwork, innovative thinking and project development and Turkey Technology Team Foundation, started to be established in Youth Centers across Turkey.

In this context, one of the two Try & Make Workshops established in Kocaeli was established in Gebze, Kocaeli. The “Try & Make Technologies Workshop Selection Exam”, which was established this year at the Youth Center in Gebze district, will be held between 11-25 October 2021.

100 students for secondary schools and 60 students for high schools will be selected from the students participating in the exam, and a 3-year education will be given in these workshops.

5th and 6th grades can take the secondary school exam, and 9th and 10th grades can take the high school exams.

According to the results of the e-exam, twice the number of students to be taken will be invited to the practice exam and their skills will be determined. A ranking will be made by adding the results from both the written and practical exams, and according to this result, the first 100 students will be admitted to the secondary school program and 60 students to the high school program.

The trainings will continue for 3 years. Students will exhibit their projects at Teknofest. 11 different program content will be implemented.
